As we move through 2026, I am energized by the momentum building across the American Brain Tumor Association (ABTA) and the community we serve. Meet Hope Head On is more than a campaign; it is our shared commitment to fuel meaningful progress across research, support, and advocacy so that every person impacted by a brain tumor can face today and tomorrow with strength and clarity.
In research, Meet Hope Head On accelerates innovation and discovery. This year, the ABTA is continuing to invest in high-impact science, from early-stage investigators bringing bold new ideas to collaborative studies that advance better treatments and outcomes. Progress in research remains essential, and we are focused on funding work that advances the field.
Equally important is our commitment to support. A brain tumor diagnosis can be isolating and overwhelming, and access to trusted information and community matters. In 2026 we are strengthening educational resources, peer connections, and programs that ensure no one has to navigate this journey alone.
Advocacy is another powerful driver of change. This year, we are elevating the voices of patients, families, and caregivers to help shape conversations and decisions that impact the brain tumor community. Together, we are working to ensure brain tumor research and care remain visible, valued, and prioritized.
None of this work is possible without the dedication of our donors, volunteers, researchers, and advocates. Your partnership fuels progress and turns hope into action. As we continue through 2026, we invite you to stand with us as we meet hope head on and build a future defined by impact, progress, and possibility.
