Are you a brain tumor patient, survivor, or caregiver looking for one-on-one support?
ABTA CommYOUnity™ Connect pairs brain tumor patients, survivors, and caregivers with Mentors who have been through a similar situation. Connecting with a Mentor provides the ability to ask personal questions and receive support from someone who is uniquely familiar with the experience you are going through. Our trained volunteer Mentors provide broad insight and support that ranges from a single phone call to lasting friendships. Mentors also help patients and caregivers take full advantage of all the resources the ABTA has to offer.
This complimentary service is currently available through the ABTA for anyone living in the United States, at any stage in the brain tumor journey, and at any age. Each individual who completes the request for support will speak with an ABTA Matching Specialist. That individual will then be matched with a Mentor.
To request a mentor, please complete the below online registration and schedule a time to speak with an ABTA Matching Specialist. All information is kept confidential and is never shared with anyone outside of the matched Mentor.
Due to the sensitive nature of this program, we request that you do not register for another individual, unless they have specifically asked for your help with the registration process. If you find that you need support from an ABTA Specialist to complete the request for support, please contact the ABTA CareLine at 800.886.2282 or ABTAcares@abta.org.
