Dr. Luis Nicolas Gonzalez Castro is a neuro-oncologist at Dana Farber Cancer Institute and instructor in neurology at Harvard Medical School. He is board certified in neurology and neuro-oncology, and is committed to providing state-of-the-art, compassionate care to patients with primary brain tumors and brain metastases, as well as patients suffering from neurologic complications of cancer and its therapy. Dr. Castro’s research efforts are aimed at understanding the genetic basis of cancer cell survival and resistance to treatment in primary brain tumors, with the goal of developing more effective therapies.
