This online support group is available to support patients and families through peer support and education by professional guests. Discover how others have coped with challenges and discover ways improve quality of life. This group is led by a facilitator and often includes guest speakers.

Open to the community. No class fee.

This group meets on the 3rd Wednesday of every month.
