THE NINTH ANNUAL CHERRY BLOSSOM WALK

11:00 a.m. Registration - Opening Ceremonies 11:30 a.m.
You are invited to The Ninth Annual Cherry Blossom Walk. Eleven years ago I was diagnosed with a brain tumor and underwent surgery on March 27, 2000 to remove it. The surgery was both life saving and life changing. To commemorate this day and at the same time raise money for the American Brain Tumor Association I have organized this annual walk.
It will take place in Prospect Park in Brooklyn, beginning at the 15th Street entrance at Bartel-Pritchard Square. Following registration and opening ceremonies, participants will enter the park and walk at their own pace to Grand Army Plaza where you will find a nice Farmers’ Market.
Please wear something PURPLE for brain tumor awareness!
Location: Park entrance at 15th Street and Prospect Park West
Subway: F or G train to 15th St/Prospect Park station
Bus: B61 or B68 to 15th Street and Prospect Park West
Registration Fee: Suggested donation of $10 - cash or checks or money orders payable to "American Brain Tumor Association"
