October 18, 2013 - Issaquah, Washington

I have read many of your stories and my heart goes out to each and everyone of you along with many prayers. One year ago this last July, my son Michael, was operated on for a brain tumor in his left temporal lobe. We thank God his tumor was not cancerous. Since that time Michael has not been able to work and will not be able to work again. He is the father of two boys age 6 and 9 years. He, his wife and children have been living with relatives in Oregon in order to survive with the help of state assistance. His wife is now divorcing him so he has been living with his brother and his brother's family here in Washington. This housing option is no longer available to him. We are looking for any information that will help us find financial help for him as he is on state aid and only receives $100 a month plus food stamps at this time. If anyone knows anything about diability, state aid or federal aid for housing, please respond as we keep running into dead ends. Thank you in advance and God bless you for any help you can give to us!
