Diagnosed with a deep brain trigeminal schwannoma in 2014. Successful gamma knife surgery procedure has stabilized and shrunk the tumor with tumor impacts being almost totally resolved. That initial Dr visit where I was told I had a brain tumor, to being symptom free from the issues like tinnitus, jaw pain, facial numbness, and tremors have reduced 95-98%. Since so few people have trigeminal schwannomas, it was had to find someone to talk to to find out information on options and outcomes. I am happy to share with others that have trigeminal schwannomas.
