In Lieu of Flowers

When making final arrangements, friends of ABTA may wonder how to make memorial donations to ABTA. There is no cost to open a Memorial Fund with us. The arrangements are simple and require only a telephone call to our office: 800-886-2282.

Included in an ABTA Memorial Fund:

• Your loved one's name will be listed in our newsletter and at this web site.
• We will thank each donor for their donation.
• We will notify the family of each donation.
• We will maintain a list of all donors to the fund.

To arrange a Memorial Fund with the American Brain Tumor Association, please call us at 800-886-2282. Over a weekend, instruct your funeral director to request donations be made to us at the address below. Then please ask a friend or member of the family to call us on the following Monday or Tuesday with a mailing address for the family. We will notify the family of donations made in their loved ones memory, but can only do so if we have their mailing address.

Memorial donations can be made by mailing a check to the address above, by telephone to the toll-free number, or through the ABTA web site address. The Donate section of the site does allow family members and friends to insert the name of the person in whose memory they are making the donation.

If you prefer, you may print this donation form and ask the funeral director to provide copies at the funeral services.
